Ankle and foot pain

About

Ankle and foot pain can develop from sprains, fractures, overuse, poor footwear, or structural issues such as flat feet or plantar fasciitis. These conditions can cause swelling, stiffness, instability, or sharp pain that makes walking, running, or standing for long periods difficult. Because the feet and ankles support the entire body, even mild pain can affect balance, posture, and mobility. Without proper care, these injuries can worsen and lead to long-term complications or chronic discomfort.

Our Goal

  • Reduces pain and inflammation using treatments like ultrasound, ice, or TENS therapy.
  • Restores mobility and strength through tailored stretching and strengthening exercises.
  • Improves balance and stability to prevent future ankle sprains or foot injuries.
  • Provides education on proper footwear and movement techniques to support recovery and prevent re-injury.
